Shark tooth necklace/Sunday DIY.....
I am not very good at keeping to deadline and finishing things on time. That's why I decided to make some afternoon DIY projects, simple projects which can be done in one afternoon without spending too much time on them, because to be honest, who wants to spend weeks and weeks making somehing. Let's start with something small and easy.
This is a 30 min DIY and you will need:
silver chain ( mime came from ebay )
silver wire 5 cm long ( again from ebay)
small pliers
something cute and small to put on the chain, in my case I choose shark tooth which I got as souvenir from Cape Verde.
The process is very easy, take a silver wire starting from the centre of the wire wrap it around the the tooth, not too loose but not too tight either, and with the both ends of the wire create a small loop. My loop was actually too small so I needed extra a jump ring which was added to my loop and then my shark tooth went on the chain. Voila.....

Summer in the jar....
Every time I go on beach holiday (and I do not go very often) I find myself searching for shells and bringing them back home. Some of my beach treasures previously ended up in an unattractive Sainsbury's shopping bag, well hidden at the bottom of my drawers because my BF does not like them.
This year I decided to show him and to all world my cute little beach treasures and instead of hiding them I stored them in recycled salsa jar. They are the best holiday souvenir....

Exercise...
This one is the completed picture from Sunday. It was good practise for me to work with just watercolours instead of graphic pencils.
PS: For anyone who is interested I am selling this picture + a free gift
on Lubishop Etsy.

SOS
I was in panic mode when I came back from Cape Verde (heaven) and realised I had run out of wrapping paper and I could not wrap the presents for my boyfriend's birthday, then I started to think would it be cool to make my own wrapping paper? Of course it would be cool, so I came up with the idea of recycling my old Elle magazine and transformed old pages into cool wrapping paper. I have to say that a man's magazine would be more appropriate but I still happy with the result and boyfriend did not complain.

It's wrap....
Finally I completed the art work for new shop called America's Vintage. It is wrap and I am glad that I was a part of it.
