Selling on Art Rookie.

The

I have been so busy the last couple of weeks and I have neglected my blog but in my defence when you are moving flat, having a knee injury and a full time job something needs to go and this time it was my blog. While I am still packing boxes, check out my new awesome shop on Art Rookie. Art Rookie is a cool website which supports young artists and designers. There is more to come...

New in January..

I deserve a slap... I have not been blogging since December, my last post was before Xmas but what can you do, sometimes things will go out of your control. I went home for Xmas to an "off line" zone and then I flew to the French Alps and now I am back in London with working wifi but with little time because we are moving flat, so my energy is spent on packing and organising.

This is the finished product of my "New in December" post. I tried to add some colour in photoshop and I have to say that most probably this is not my final "New in January" post, I will probably do more versions....

Sunday project/DIY wrapping paper.

I was wrapping Xmas presents when I realized that I was short of wrapping paper. Disaster! Especially when all the shops were closed, but luckily for me I had a spare roll of whte paper, so I made my own wrapping paper.

To make similar wrapping paper you will need:

1,roll of white or brown paper

2,ink or paint

3, brush

4,homemade or bought stamp (I glued a small tree from sponge onto a wooden cube and voila the homemade stamp was ready)

The making is easy, apply ink or paint by brush onto your stamp and have fun.

It is over...

My Kickstarter project has officially ended, Unfortunatelly it has not been funded (you cannot always be at the top of your game). So in this post I would like to thank to everyone who supported me and tried to donate the funds and of coarse I would love to share one piece of art work  I created for the project...

Animal...

animal fewer...

Animal prints, love them or hate them? I was not obsessed until I saw this Ikea cow rug and I started to dig around for more inspiration involving animal prints and voilĂ   suddenly I had a whole collection of different items with animal pattern. Just between us girls I already brought the KG boots, I am dreaming about the cow rug and I will definitely stay away from the cow print skirt (or maybe not...).
